Kenny Wheeler, Canada born jazz composer/trumpet player, has been my biggest hero in composition. I had spent first few years of my composition life trying to be him. Later I realized, I didn't want my music to sound like his. Rather, I wanted myself as a person to be like how his music. Rest in peace, Kenny.
